Kurt joined the team in 2009 with eleven years of experience in financial services. Kurt is responsible for developing investment proposals, opening and processing investment accounts, providing investment evaluations to clients, as well as client relationship management. Kurt graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. After graduating from college, Kurt joined Strong Investments as a College Planning Consultant and Sales Associate. In 2004, Kurt was recruited to Russell Investments where he served as an Associate Regional Director. In this role, he was responsible for managing strategic relationships with hundreds of financial advisors in the Midwest. Kurt has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is fully licensed in Life/Health Insurance and also holds the Series 7, 63 & 66 securities licenses.

Larry joined Matt Heckmann's team in 2007. Larry’s responsibilities include coordination of insurance planning, creating and maintaining financial plans, and organization of client reviews. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is an Associate Wealth Management Advisor and holds the Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, as well as the Wisconsin life/health and variable insurance licenses.

Melodie joined Matt Heckmann's team as the Director of Operations in February 2010. Her responsibilities include being a main point of contact for all of Matt’s clients to address any questions or needs they may have, overall office and business management, team workflow coordinator, communications liaison with business associates and vendors, special events coordination, and schedule management for Matt on a daily basis. Melodie has an associate degree in Business Management, and has a strong business background including eleven years of experience in the financial services industry, with the past eight being at the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. She is an Associate Wealth Management Advisor and holds the Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses, as well as the Wisconsin life/health and variable insurance licenses. She is currently pursuing her CLU professional designation as well. In addition, Melodie has been an active member of the Board of Directors for the New Glarus Home Retirement Campus in New Glarus since 2005.
